We fully manage the work permit, visa and residence permit, along with every logistical aspect of the candidate's travel and arrival.

EMPLOYMENT PROCEDURES — NON-EU CITIZENS

The documents required to legally employ non-EU citizens. We handle the full file — below is what we need from you.

Change of employer (non-EU citizens)

From the new employer

  • Administrator ID card (CI)
  • Company registration certificate (CUI — tax ID)
  • ONRC status certificate (Trade Registry)
  • Zero-debt tax certificate
  • AJOFM certificate (County Employment Agency)
  • REVISAL (electronic employee register)
  • Job description

From the employee

  • Passport copy
  • Valid residence permit
  • Criminal record certificate
  • Termination decision for the previous contract
  • Change-of-employer agreement

Other documents

  • Power of attorney (if the file is filed through a third-party firm)
  • Change-of-employer application
  • Other specific documents
