How long does the full process take?
From the initial request to workers arriving in Romania, the process takes on average 3–5 months, depending on the country of origin and document complexity. The candidate shortlist is available quickly after the profile is set. Each stage has clear timelines that we communicate from the start.
What languages do the workers speak?
Candidates take a basic Romanian language course before arrival. Many already speak English (especially those from Sri Lanka, Kenya, Nepal). On request, we select candidates with a specific language level.
Who handles accommodation?
Per Romanian legislation, the employer provides accommodation for non-EU workers. We can advise on optimal solutions and ensure full compliance with legal requirements.
How does payment work?
We work on a service contract with payments in tranches, aligned with the process stages (selection, documentation, arrival). Full transparency — you know exactly what you pay and when. No hidden costs.
What documents are needed from the employer?
From you we need standard documents: company tax ID, template employment contract, accommodation proof. We handle the candidate's full file: work permit, visa, residence card, medical insurance.
What happens if a worker leaves?
Our retention rate is 98%, so this happens rarely. When it does, we help identify the cause and, if needed, activate the replacement process. Post-integration support is part of our service.
